Lawstop (Hammersmith or Brighton) - Legal Aid Billing Assistant

Lawstop seeks a legal billing administrator to work at its Hammersmith or Brighton office;  days and times to be agreed. Duties will primarily include organising files for billing, time recording on LEAP legal software, uploading documents to CCMS (the Legal Aid Agency case management software), managing legal documentation and correspondence, making copies, answering and directing phone calls and liaising with external bodies, as well as other general duties.


Experience in legal aid billing is essential. We require a mature, self-motivated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills. You will be very organised and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. You will also have good IT skills.
Salary: £20,195.00 per year
Hours: Part-time, Permanent. Flexible working hours.
