Central England Law Centre (Coventry / Birmingham) – Family Solicitor/Caseworker

Salary: Solicitor: Up to £33,565 depending on experience
Caseworker: Up to £30,904 depending on experience

Hours : 37 Hours

We are looking for an experienced Family solicitor / caseworker who will be part of our Family team specialising in dealing with a range of legal aid family matters including child care proceedings, child arrangements order, child abduction non molestation orders and occupational orders.

You will be compassionate, committed and enjoy working within a team who work with clients to resolve all their interconnecting legal needs. Ideally you will have experience of working with people who have experienced disadvantage or who have experienced trauma.

The Law Centre operates in both Coventry and Birmingham. Both offices are within walking distance of a railway station. Our terms and conditions include flexible working including hybrid working where appropriate, 28 days holiday pro rata (rising by 1 day per year to 35 days after 5 years’ service) plus 8 additional statutory days, and pension scheme membership.
