House of Lords debate on Legal Aid
There will be a House of Lords debate on Legal Aid on Thursday 19 May 2011
The debate on “the case for civil legal aid” has been instituted by Lord Beecham who is the opposition spokesman in the House of Lords for Communities and Local Government (and Health). Legal Aid Lawyer’s have produced a briefing document to provide background to assist MPs attending the debate.
